Hey guys…
I’m working on a project where I need to animate several layers simultaneously, each with its own set of keyframes and transformations.
Here’s the setup: I have a character composed of different layers for the body, arms, and legs, and I want each of these layers to move independently but also in a coordinated way. I’ve tried to set up keyframes for each layer, but I’m finding it challenging to synchronize their animations effectively.
The issues I’m encountering include:
Timing Sync: How do I ensure that the animations for different layers are perfectly synchronized? I’m finding it difficult to get the timing right, especially when adjusting keyframes.
Layer Dependencies: Is there a way to manage dependencies between layers more efficiently? For example, if I want the arm layer to follow the movement of the body layer, how should I set that up?
Performance: As the number of layers increases, the performance seems to degrade. Are there any tips for optimizing the project or any best practices to follow?
I also check this: https://forums.synfig.org/t/multiple-characters-with-skeleton-layers. But I have not found any solution. Could anyone guide me about this? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. If there are any tutorials or resources you’d recommend for handling complex animations with multiple layers, that would be fantastic too.
Thanks in advance for your help!
