You can use the winehq program to run SynfigStudio also you can use the latest version for this just watch this tutorial https://youtu.be/pC7CNiRoo5I?si=jG2cV8q_O3XaZ2en this will help instead of getting a whole entire emulator
Also when you get to SynfigStudio just download the windows version and then
Use a sifz project to open Synfig program
