Wiki account creation

Hello,

I tried to make a wiki account. I confirmed my e-mail, but after that I have not received a response, and it was 3 days ago. Either the system is broken or me complaining of the 30 word requirement rubbed someone the wrong way :upside_down_face:

I see here that topic titles also require a minimum of 15 characters

We have moved to new documentation at Synfig User Manual — Synfig User Manual 1.5.1 documentation.
