Understanding food and energy values

This video is dedicated to those who want to lose weight and understand the nutritional aspect in the most detailed and understandable way possible (in the form of energy values).

Disclaimer: This is the first video I created before launching all the others, but I’m only posting it now (this was back when I only prepared one at a time)
and ultimately it took me over 144 hours to complete, making it one of the longest.

Another detail: if you want to understand it properly, watch the graphics first. Then replay it completely with the subtitles, otherwise you might not be able to keep up with the pace of comprehension; it would go by too quickly.
