I am not sure if it is a good idea to combine all transform tools into one, since compare the current design (.064.1), user will have to take one more step to get the proper tool he would like to. The possible solution is provide a shortcuts for these tools. My plan is to implement this design but the tools will be still there at the same place of toolbox. The tooloption panel will be shared with all these transform tools.

it’s quite rare for me too to have a full panel for a unique option (smooth move tool for example)
