i am using synfig for first time, trying to render a gif but have target initialization failure error. Am I doing something wrong?
Hi, Happy New Year and welcome here 
Please check your render parameters
- Filename ending with .gif
- Target gif / imagemagick / magick++
- Parameters in the Time tab
Be sure you have access rights on the directory you ant to create your animation to
If still nothing happens, please indicate your Synfig version and your Os+version
