This screenshot reminds me of a case I had in a previous job as IT Support.
I requested a screenshot by e-mail to a customer (she was soon retired indeed).
She used the print function of Windows to print on a paper.
Then she scanned it to use an automatic "scan and send’.
I then received a PDF file
