Problems opening and editing files

Hi,

im new to Synfig. I have problems to open and edit svg/sfi files.
It takes like 5 minutes to open them.
Vecotorized and converted with Inkscape.

File size: svg. 1,4 mb / sfi 5,3 mb

System: Windows XP / Intel Dualcore 3 Mghz / 4 gb RAM / geforce 550ti 1 gb

Any solutions? Thank you!
