Problem: Synfig is nowhere to be found to open it?

For reference:

  1. I use a Windows 10 ASUS computer.
  2. Synfig is clearly pre-checked from installation.
  3. This (annoying) “thing” happened when I try to install Synfig way back then but still in 2017, kinda. Bad memory.
    Opening notes are that the title is well, 'nuff said. There is no Synfig Studio .exe in the folder I installed it in. What is exactly causing this problem? And how do you fix it? I’d like to animate. Thanks!
