Plugin Error and Crash

Synfig version & platform:
Synfig Version: 1.3.6 (Development Snapshot)
Platform: Windows 10 Pro, 64bit

Issue description:
Whenever I try to use the plug-ins (like “add Skeleton (Simple)”), I receive these strange errors (please check attachments) and then Synfig crashes. A similar error and crash happens with the “Unhide all layers” plugin too. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Synfig with no change in error.

Hi! The point is, Synfig just can’t identify Python’s location folder of your desktop. You probably should do that by yourself in settings
