Well, any text on the GUI of Synfig Studio shows up as rectangles…

Is there a workaround?
This seems to have something to do with it?
I installed from the Ubuntu package onto an Ubuntu 12.10 machine using the KDE desktop.
Use our package. Possibly the Ubuntu package doesn’t install the proper dependencies.
Open a bug ticket on Ubuntu to make them know the problem.
