No menu "File or Help" on Toolbox on Ubuntu 12.04

I have a little problem on Synfig studio.
On the toolbox, they haven’t the menu where there are “File and Help” and for specify I have Ubuntu 12.04.

Place the mouse on the top left of your screen and you’ll see the Toolbox menu.
