I think SynfigStudio needs a new logo because the old one kinda feels like 2014 vibes so I made a new design that looks better I already put the logo in the code for my mac so the app appears as my logo designbut I think for anyone out there here is a new logo design that should be official @BobSynfig

I’m not the one in charge for the management of the project.
I like the logo we currently have, glossy with transparency, having some volume and contrast.
Flat design in UI in general is lacking of personnality and life, made for low-end graphic devices, like “we need ANY icon for this, so here is ANY icon, not THE charismatic icon”
Also I find it too much dark if I had to say something and I always prefered skeuomorphic design (I’m so 1977).
Another thing, following a recent convo on GitHub Issues, (and I say it with respect) it is not because you think something that it needs or it has to be nor that it is a great idea in the mind of anyone else.

I prefer logo we currently have, the one you made is quite dark
I like the top logo but theres a golden version of that logo that also looks very neat. It was probably the first ever Synfig logo? The bottom logo is a stylized simplified version of todays version found on a tutorial video by Jantcu.
