MacOS Sonoma 14.2 Compatibility

Is Synfig compatible with Sonoma 14.2?
Synfig won’t launch.
It bounces on my MacBook dock and a splash window very briefly appears, but the application won’t open.
Anybody out there with this problem?
Is there a workaround?

M1 mac synfig immediate crash

When I open the program, I get the loading thing, and then I see what the softwa…re should look like for about a fraction of a second, and then it will crash and be as if I never opened it. I have an M1 Mac with Sonoma 14.0 I'm not sure how to reproduce the error unless you have this system. Unless it's happening on other platforms too. I'm not sure how to take a screenshot since it's instantly closing, it's hard to show that in a screenshot. I don't know how to fix it on my own if there's a solution.
