Sorry for the long wait, just got access to Windows 7.
Yes, it hangs at startup, but for some time something like 15 seconds (because it builds the font cache), after that it starts normally without problems.
I have a fast PC, so on a slow PC with a lot of fonts, this time may be longer.
P.S. Tested on PC with 1500 fonts installed.
