It's Been a While!

Hi, all!
It’s been way too long since we last spoke. I have some good news and some not-so-good news.

The good news is: I finally got myself a new computer. It’s small, but a pretty decent performing machine. I can finally get back to where I left off.

But here’s where the bad news comes in: I should be happy right now. I should be back where I left off, making animations, digital art, music and writing, but I’m not.
I feel like nothing has changed. My anxiety was improving, but it’s still been causing me trouble these last few months. And now that I got this new computer, I think it’s starting to refuel.
I am unsure of what to do now. I’ve hit a dead end. :frowning:

Watch anime. My recommendation -< Naruto

Try to do shorts :slight_smile:
Character studies, basic rigging, facial expressions…
No need to restart with a big project!

Work on a personal project. Write a script and as @BobSynfig says do some shorts :slight_smile:

I wish I could have a way to fully express my mental health without being targeted.

You could create characters representing your emotions, like anxiety :wink:

well this is a public space so I can’t guarantee you won’t be targeted by someone. Have you tried talking to someone that you trust or a councilor?
