Is it possible to stop the command line from showing while rendering

While rendering in some formats the command line pops up. Is there a way to stop this or is it right to close the command line while the rendering is going on :thinking:

In my experience, closing the command line may cause some problems (I am not sure, but I would recommend to leave it as it is)
