I cant save a AVI format video

My name is Felipe, im a new synfig user. I have a problem saving .avi animation. I attach screenshot message that i received.

Hey, Felipe. Sorry the delay.

For the report “no such file or directory” could you please check if the whole path exists?
The “Nueva carpeta” folder exists in your Desktop?

Another possible reason could be the “é” in the name of your user folder :confused: Could you try to save in D:\ or a usb-storage/external drive, just to avoid non-ASCII characters to try it?
