How to fix vertices not following bones correctly (solved)

I’m trying to make raptor run animation and I’m trying to use bones for that. I made model, linked to skeleton and animated skeleton. But when I look at how it got animated it gets weird. 1 leg in front works just fine but the one in the back (copy) just acts weird.

Both legs are 1 main layer with few additional layers where each vertex connected to bone, all layers and groups have 0, 0 origin

EDIT: I think the problem was scaling down group. After deleting broken leg and copying leg instead scaling down group I just adjusted local length of bones
