How to avoid "layers not yet deleted!" error

I’m almost done with a project I was working on for weeks & now when I try to render it, after few frames are rendered (I see the generated video), I get this strange error “layers not yet deleted!” & synfig terminates

Did anyone else face the same issue. If so, how can I avoid this error while rendering?

I don’t know for your error but you can obtain the ffmpeg paramters from Synfig Studio with the --console parameter
ex. with 1.3.9

./SynfigStudio-1.3.9-testing-18.06.17-linux64-67e10.appimage --console
