How do i use a synfz file?

If you have Synfig installed you should be able to just click on the sifz file and have it load in synfig. Then you can add to it, edit it or render it as still frames or a video file.

There’s nothing special about a template - it’s just a sifz file you can use/modify to meet your needs.
