How Do I Open The Colors Dialog?
I Started Reading That Page In The Manual But I Can’t Figure Out Where To Find It
With the layer selected where you want to change the color go to the parameters tab and just click on the rectangle with the current color.

Wow, I just made a mistake, the manual magnifies a small piece of the color dialog; I thought that I had to try to find it. Thank you for your answer.

I did the course, read the manual and understood about 80% of it, I watched a few YouTube videos, read a few wiki tutorials because I couldn’t understand them and I took notes all the while.
