How do I install Synfig studio portable version?

Hi,
I installed synfig portable version, but I don’t know what to do once I am in the file. If I open it I see this:

extract the whole folder and just click the synfigstudio bat file

Can someone send a video of how to download synfig portable version? I can’t download the installing version because I have a school laptop and I need a password to download things.
