I’m looking for and alternative for the adobe flash. Is synfig what i’m looking for?

If you want an alternative to flash as in “vector 2D animation”, “short videos” or “hand-draw” then yes: Synfig is a great 2d animation software, easy to start with and full of possibilities.
If you want an alternative to flash as in “interactive content” or “online game” then no. Synfig won’t do any of these as of today.

basic interactivity (like in presentation) can be made with the addition of some html
presentation software (openoffice impress etc) may work too
