That agreement implies that we should be an organization which we are not. Would it work with us being private persons?

IIRC the task to provide documents is delegated to Administrator. Unfortunately I can’t find Administrator Agreement link on GSoC site now to put exact quote.

In 2012 they used the pretty same agreement.

Unfortunately Synfig didn’t get accepted for Google summer of code this year. 
Are they not telling the reasons why? Just curious.
