Getting the coordinates of an intersection between two splines?

Is there a way to do that?

There is surely a way to it with maths, but it would be better to try an external approach.
Maybe through a custom plugin taking account of splines vertices coordonates and parameters, doing the calculation and reinjecting the coordinates as exported values.
It would not be live but the intersection could be “tracked”.
See https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/016783968590024X?via%3Dihub for inspiration.

As suggested above you can do it externally. But if you give more details about what you are trying to achieve maybe there could be some work around or trick that you can do, to get the similar results.

You could make circle using circle tool and then link origin of a circle to a spline, move circle layer to more or less where splines intersect and look at origin values in parameters tab
