I made this using a combination of Synfig, Inkscape, and Blender (I recently started using blender to make thing slide around–it’s faster than synfig but I’m not sure if I like the lack of control)
The truck scene starts around 1:15–I did this part entirely in synfig.
I’m also quite proud of the ticket around the 2 minute mark 
I did the car chase scene in blender, which accounts for the quality drop. I’ll probably be sticking to synfig in the future.
