Hi,
Is there a way to, can’t seem to find how, all dialogs/windows are fixed. I want them all to move to a second screen, so I can work full-screen on the projects itself

Hi and welcome here 
Don’t forget to use search function in the the Forums and look at the Wiki https://wiki.synfig.org/Dock_dialogs
Just drag the panel’s tab out of its current position to the center of the screen, it will get detached.
Note: the docking buttons visibility depend on the versions of Synfig you use.
I know, I’m used to do so using other software. And I found the link about docking.
But there"s no way I can grab and drag the panels from its location.
The version I’m using is 1.2.2
Never mind, found it.
It was not clear I needed to grab the icon in the panels bar.
