Hi friends!!! I am a newcomer. Defaul Setting Window has turned off ( see below), uninstalled an installed Sysfig but without success. Synfig 1.4.0 32 bits Windows 7. Any solution for this trouble?

If I understand correctly, try click dragging the bottom border of that panel up.
