I am not able to get the type of synfig I have to work. What is the newest version? I need to make a greenscreen so I need to get the newest one so it works well.

The current stable release is 1.4.5.

The current development release is 1.5.3.

Pay attention: here “stable” means we won’t change its behavior anymore, just some severe or minor fixes. But we developers decided to not make 1.4.x releases anymore :wink:

At some point we’ll release a new dev version… And maybe some more, before the next stable release (it’ll be numbered as 1.6.0)

Try dev version :slight_smile: It is actually more stable than… stable version :wink:
