A site to create animated gif for hand drawing on a template paper, the you upload it and it generates the animation.
If this is simple and anyone with a bit of experience could do it easily with a scanner and GIMP or Synfig with import of sequence of images for example, this could be funny for the youngest ones 
And it could give us some inspiration too
