Why won't Synfig work for me?

i downloaded gtk, gtkmm, synfig, synfig studio, and the taskassign, but it say entry point not found in the dynamic link library. i have windows vista. What do I do?

I don’t know what might be wrong with your Synfig install, but my strong recommendation is to install Ubuntu via Wubi and then run Synfig under Ubuntu. Wubi won’t harm your Windows OS one iota.

Someone pointed out that you may need to install the applications as administrator for all users.
