I see no sign of relief in his face. 
Apart from that, the white line in the background isn’t supposed to be there. It doesn’t show up in the viewport either, but only in render. I only used 2 effects to the background jpg, radial blur and spherical distortion.
And I think the culprit is "radial blur:.

As it is a looped gif, you should add more frames at the end to keep longer the smile.
Otherwise it looks like a crazy Pacman trying to chomp a ghost
