Since we have item mentioned it is In, so on the popup menu, just use Ease is ok. Same thing should be applied to Out popup menu.
if we take another though, why not just use in/out icons as well? as following picture:
I don’t think it is needed to work on such distinction for the pop up menu. There is no confusion with the current menus, I think.

Ok, then I will add it on our issue tracker as a wish of UI improvement. so that we can touch it when we are building new UI in the near(?) feature.
