Can synfig run on windows 8.1 and will it run on windows 10?
I tested Synfig on Windows 8.1 and it works good enough. There’s a little issue with text tool - it takes long time to load fonts on the first run.
Not sure about Windows 10, but 99% that Synfig will work on it, because Microsoft usually cares about compatibility.
