I am using Synfig 1.4 on my Mac 10.15.1. I was working on my first animation with the program and halfway through it crashed while trying to rotate an object. After that, I spent 10 minutes recreating my animation and decided to save it. When I typed the first letter of the name of the file, it crashed. I even reopened Synfig and made a circle and tried to save just that but it keeps crashing when I try to type something for the name for my file. At the moment it is unusable for me. If anyone has a fix for this I’d appreciate it as I’ve mostly done 3D and so far Synfig is not making a good first impression as 2D software.
