Selecting a group of vertices in a layer and using rotate tool won’t make the rotation based on a specific point and I need to replace it back, which gets hard with lots of vertices. Basically, I want to simulate the movement of a joint.
I thought rotate layer would work, but it also modifies underlying layers’ center points and naturally, rotates whole of the layer.
Is there a way to either do that kind of rotation or cut some vertices and paste them as a new layer so I can rotate them separately ? ?
