Render on Ubuntu creates 0 byte file

Hi All,

Have made a test animation to try to export, it exports perfectly in GIF and more importantly PNG, however in a perfect world, I’d prefer a genuine video format.

Is there anyway to fix this?

Look like ffmepg / libav troubles
synfig dev ml + forum : Render="Please use -b:a or -b:v, -b is ambiguous"&I/O Error + buggennie : http://www.synfig.org/issues/thebuggenie/issues/project_key/synfig?filters[text][operator]=%3D&filters[text][value]=ffmpeg

i’m on debian 7 and have the same trouble (but never talk about… )
