Problem in bone tutorial

I followed the instructions in this tutorial:

and when i finished and started moving the bones the layers of the arm are not moving together and get
separated and it is a big mess

please…what i am doing wrong?

i wanted to attach the file that i made but I am notified that I am a new user and do not have permission

hi, good day, still use the stable one, dont take advise from someone that send you to use a full of bugs version. #2- you must select the folder or part, and the Skeleton layer in the layer window using alt or shift I dont remember in this moment, then, go and select only the green dot of the body part them go and do a right click in the green dot of the bone that you want to link. it will be appear the link to bone option. #3 See this video #4- I use Synfig 1.2.2 and Win10 64bits,
