Please do not cross post (post same subject under various topic), it’s quite aggressive and do not give gain to have better answer.
In order to have a chance to help you, you need to be more explicit and versatil : synfig version, operating system information… any information that could help : how to signal a bug effectivly and “Please, search the ZZZZ database to check whether your problem is already reported. If it is already reported please add any relevant information to the original ZZZZ report.”
