Here are two utilities from the Autoit forum. HideCaption and AltMove.
Hidecaption remvoes titlebars and borders,AltMove helps in positioning and resizing border less
Windows.

To move a window with a hidden caption bar, activate the system menu (Alt+space) or use the utility AltMove
