I am new to making games if I worked 1 hour a day how many
Days would it take me to make a basic pong game considerins
This would be my first game.

If you wanted to make an ANIMATION of a Pong game, then you could probably master the basics and have something recognizable in a few hours.

If you actually want to make a Pong type GAME, then you should find another tool to make it with. Synfig does not have a game engine, nor a real time renderer.
