Installing Synfig on Natty Narwhal

I just installed Natty Narwhal and thought I’d give Synfig a try, but, as the subject states, I don’t see it in the Software Center or Synaptic. When I tried downloading and installing the .deb file I got a weird message:

Does Ubuntu have some weird security concern over Synfig? Is this just my computer and it should be available on Ubuntu?
