How to open the "Params Chlidren Frames ..."-Window?

Hi,
i am very new to synfig i was trying some things and i close the Params-Window after i close and reopen synfig the params window was not shown and i cant find how to open it again.

I hope you have understand my Question!

Please can you tell us your Synfig version and how did you installed on Mac?
