hi everybody
i am searching customize to interface such as menu…but i coultd not find anywhere…plz help me …

i wana place to toolbar which is top of window… i wana reach easialy …

How can arrange it ??

it may be this such as inkscape or other grafic programs…

file edit veiws canvas …
