I guess you mean: “how to make the text more fancy in Synfig”
You have to manually specify the path for a different TTF font file. The best option is to copy the TTF file in the same place than the animation file and just write the ttf file name (included extension) in the filename parameter of the Text layer.

i dont quite understand where to find the TTF
XD You running Windows, Linux or Mac? Not sure about the latter two, but in Windows you can find em in C:\Windows\Fonts
