HELP, my project will not open [Line 1, Column 1 (fatal)]

This animation I’ve worked on wont open after my computer crashed. I keep getting this error:

I’ve tried looking at other topics in this forum to see how to fix it, but no matter what I tried, the file wouldn’t open, I don’t know what I’m doing wrong.

Here’s the file in question:

The file has nothing but zeroes in it. It is irrecoverable.

Try to check in C:\Users\15019\Synfig\tmp, you *may* find a copy of your working file
