February '10 - A flapping flag

-Curve warp
-Sine convert type
-Linear conversion
-Angles offset
-No keyframe

  • A cookie/stamp shape flag
(Can someone render this using Magick++ and place a better copy here - with less artifacts?)

Genete, you’re the master!

I have imagemagick installed, but I can’t figure out how to get Synfig to directly render animated gifs. But I’m attaching a copy that I got with a quick “convert” action.

No you must have it with artifacts to convince someone to fix the bugs in the gif renderer!

@Genete: You have always a new surprise. :open_mouth: How do you do it?
(Macho, eres el mejor            )

I wanted to test the “mathematical way” … so here is a proposal with no keyframes:

techniques:

  • vertices X variations - Linear
  • Spherize (with a horizontal line type)
  • Curve Warp (therefrom the text moves a bit too much)
  • Warp
