Can't save anything

Hi. I’m brand new to Synfig and so far I like what I see.

I’m having a weird problem.

I’m doing the tutorial (wiki.synfig.org/wiki/Doc:Animation_Basics). But when I save I can’t find the gif in firefox, or even using search. I can’t even find it when I hit browse to try to attach the file to this post.

I am searching in the right spot, so what’s going on?

Synfig Studio 0.63.05
Windows 7

With firefox, are looking at the same folder where you rendered the animation? Notice that the render folder maybe it is not the same than the folder where the sifz file is saved.
It is difficult to help there because we don’t know what did you do when saved the document or specify the location to save the render result.

Yes, I lose the file no matter what program I use to find it. Search can not find it.
