My suggestion is to remove those two last entries, since I’m considering our terminology rewrite initiative is over. The rest is on care of translators and it could span to endless process - we never can tell when those tasks could be marked as “done”.

We are used to see how people ask for new features or show up missing parts of the wiki. We can understand that, for the very first time, a new user comments the defects as first step to help us.

What is the estimated release date for the next version?

Will you be talking to the guys from Inkscape at LGM about improving cross comaptibility with Synfig and Inkscape?Aka Sif to SVG and SVG to Sif convertors? I think that will be very important I find inkscape much easier for vectroring but would like sif files to be able to be converted to SVGs.

I have some suggestions if you do a kickstarter/indiegogo

Port Synfig to Python
Imporve the Interface
improve sif to svg and svg to sif .

The Inkscape developers will be at lgm right? Can you ask them if they could do a kickstarter/indeigogo for Inkscape to port Inkscape to Python?

Pencil has a sound layer and its under GPL right? Can it’s sounnd layer feature be ported to synfig?

How about using KickStarter/IndeiGoGo to help with the release I think Synfig with a good campaign can earn 5000 dollars.

I think it is necessary that there be a short description of each layer and parameter. There was a reason Nina Paley had problems with Synfig morevnaproject.org/2013/05/08/lg … #more-1996

While going through the manual found there were still the term ducks being used in Artwork Construction Spine Tool.

You can tweak the newly created vertices by clicking on handles and dragging them.
You can also right click on a vertex duck or a tangent duck and it will provide a context menu:
For tangent ducks: “Split tangents” will split the tangent so that you can independently modify the arch of an end point of a bézier curve. “Merge tangents” will merge the independent tangents so that you can align the arches of the end points of two connecting bézier curves.
For vertex ducks: “Loop Spline” or “UnLoop Spline” (depending on if it is already looped or not) allows you to close or open the spline. “Delete vertex” allows you to delete the vertex.

Matrix type is only used internally for bones. Not exposed directly to user, so it shouldn’t be there.
I guess it won’t hurt to use the terminology correctly in that page too.

That’s the ugly ones i want to keep, cause i have experiences in ugly theming.

and has oho said, we have the current doc specification /// editable spec’ also /// that’s a good idea to follow that when it’s supportable !

Also : We need to keep in mind that Unity/MacOs top of the screen Menu can make some troubles.
